Hi, there! I’m Riley, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, with a passion for supporting athletes and high-performing individuals as they navigate challenges related to perfectionism, anxiety, performance pressure, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am also open and welcoming to working with adolescents and young adults, offering a supporting environment for those navigating identity, change, and emotional growth.

My approach centers on creating a warm, inviting space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly and authentically. With a foundation rooted in empathy, acceptance, and gentle insight, I offer a listening ear and thoughtful perspectives to help individuals gain clarity, build confidence, and reconnect with their values-both in and out of competition.
