Brooke Rainier, MA (she/her) is a Gottman Level 1 Trained Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern.
Brooke enjoys helping people navigate relationship challenges, parenting issues, and attachment trauma. Brooke is currently gaining experience and receiving supervision in working with ethically nonmonogamous and polyamorous relationships, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those in the kink community.
Brooke takes a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy. She believes everyone can grow in positive ways and makes it a priority to understand how each client's relationships, family dynamics, society, and culture shape their experiences. Through her work, Brooke helps clients communicate better and feel more connected in their relationships. Brooke creates a warm, supportive space where individuals, couples, polycules, and families can openly discuss their concerns, heal, and strengthen their bonds.
